Hmm. Yeah I can’t beat gratitude and recounting my blessings. I love that it takes me quickly to the now. So quickly I don’t know I’m doing it. It can be as simple as a cup of tea. The ceremony of stopping what I am doing gives me a tiny space. I may notice that bird outside…I have no idea where that moment can lead only that I am not in control…Blessings maive

• briefly indicate the areas you will discuss in the body.

An essay a day would be a bit tooo much even for me but do you think it’s a catchy heading? Some tips: Essays are usually structred into three parts:

• the Introduction
• the Body
• the Conclusion.

Usually three parts correspond to the formula

• Say what you’re going to say
• Say it
• Say what you’ve said.
